At Children’s Dentistry your safety is our #1 concern. We call our parents about the parent’s and child’s symptoms and reschedule when sick. We check everyone’s temperature with an infrared thermometer and evaluate symptoms to reschedule as needed. We use soap, hand sanitizer, and gloves frequently at all of our sinks and stations. Equipment and building fixtures are all sanitized continuously. When you or your child have fever, difficulty breathing, loss of taste or have been with those who do, please let us know over the phone.

Since kids come in all different dispositions and maturity levels. Nurturing and teaching at home help shape how the dental appointment will go. Sedation is not magic - only our glowing fish - so be patient with your child. Kids enjoy their own overhead TV and friendly, relaxing and even educational games in two game rooms.

We put young patients at easy using the best equipment available to help minimize anxiety. The child-sized lead apron with thyroid collars shields the patient from scatter radiation. Our soft, compact sensor design is handy for small mouths. Kid-friendly size sensors are smooth and capture the images of the teeth fast. Our handheld Nomad x-ray device exposes patients to less radiation than the average person receives in a day from natural sources like sunlight. It is one of the lowest dose diagnostic test in use. The AAPD recommends radiographs to be prescribed for children for clinical examination. The findings will affect treatment decisions. All instruments are thoroughly disinfected in multiple ways and individually wrapped.
